Welcome to the Kuala Lumpur Meditation Group of Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) This group is composed of devoted members and friends of SRF, a worldwide religious non-profit organization, founded in 1920 by Paramahansa Yogananda for the purpose of disseminating Kriya Yoga, a definite scientific technique of attaining direct personal experience of God.

For more than three quarters of a century, SRF has dedicated to carrying on the spiritual and humanitarian work of Paramahansa Yogananda. Through its worldwide services and teachings, SRF seeks to awaken greater understanding of the harmony underlying all true religions, and a fuller expression in this world of the love that unites all people when they realise their oneness in God.

The techniques taught by Paramahansa Yogananda are available in a series of weekly lessons sent to your home from SRF International Headquarters in Los Angeles, California, USA. The lessons contain techniques of energization, concentration, meditation and the higher techniques of Kriya Yoga, as well as instructions on how to live a balanced material and spiritual life.

For further information, we suggest that you visit our center where you can find free literature and collection of books for sale available before and after our services.

As an introduction, we suggest that you read Paramahansa Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi. Copies of this spiritual classic are available at our center.
